Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Including all original tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Light Bulbs (all types including B22 Bayonet Cap, E14 Small Edison Screw Cap, E27 Edison Screw Cap, G9 Bulbs, GU10 Bulbs)
  • Opened electrical components
  • Custom-made or specially ordered lighting fixtures

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and affix the provided return shipping label. For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item.

Step 4: Return Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
